Lemon Pie: A Classic and Refreshing Dessert

Ingredients:

Zest of 2 lemons

150 g (3/4 cup) of granulated sugar

4 large eggs

125 ml (1/2 cup) of heavy cream

For the Meringue Topping (optional):

3 large egg whites

150 g (3/4 cup) of granulated sugar

A pinch of cream of tartar (optional, for stability)
